Focused on
Job Training

As a workforce development leader, Pablo knows how job training programs can open up pathways to the middle class for students locally and young people across our state. He will work to bring new training programs to our community college system and expand access to nursing, police and fire training programs.

Investing in Teachers

Pablo understands that educators are the lifeblood of our schools and training our next generation’s workforce. As a trustee, Pablo will work to ensure our community colleges recruit the best faculty and provide them with the resources necessary to prepare our students for the workforce of today and tomorrow.

Standing Up for
Our Students

Pablo will ensure that college students are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to be prepared to enter the workforce on graduation day. By fostering partnerships with four-year universities and employers, we will guarantee that every student has the opportunity to pursue the career they want on day one.
